Generate BKK Counselling records
This function allows the users to generate counselling records of all school.
Roles Involved: MOE - BKK HEAD
Navigate to the Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
Select Query Name From the Search By drop-down menu.
Enter MOE_DI_BKKCSL in the Begins with field.
Click on the Search button.
Entered query name will be shown.
Search for the required query name and click on the HTML link.
You will be directed to MOE_DI_BKKCSL page.
Select or Enter the values in the Start Date, End Date and Campus fields.
Click on the View Result button.
The report will display list of Counselling records through-out all acad-career.
Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.
Click on the Save button
View the result of the report in excel format.
Note:
User can only prompt for their own school code. Query will not return any value if user try to prompt for other school.
Note: BKK Head are allowed to view all counselling record throughout all acad careers
