Setup and Maintain Institution/Career Security

This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Institution/Career Security such as:

• View Institution/Career Security
• Setup Institution/Career Security
• Update Institution/Career Security

View Institution/Career Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Institution/Career Security.

2. User will be directed to the Institution/Career Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Institution/Career Security page where user can see the academic career security given to the user id entered.

Setup Institution/Career Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID Institution/Career Security.

2. User will be directed to the Institution/Career Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Institution/Career Security page.

6. Click on the look-up button and select the Academic Career.

7. Click on the Save button.

Update Institution/Career Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID Institution/Career Security.

2. User will be directed to the Institution/Career Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Institution/Career Security page.

6. Click on the “+” button to add more Academic Career to the user.

7. Click on the look-up button and select the Academic Career.

8. Click on the Save button.
