Generate Students CCA Registration List by class

This function allows the users to generate CCA report showing list of students who have enrolled in CCA in their class.

Roles Involved: Class Teacher

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. Enter Query Name “MOE_CCA _STDNT_CLASS” and Click Search button to search for the query

3. Click on “HTML” to view report in browser or “Excel” to download the report in excel format

4. Specify the value for Institution, Career, Term, Session & Campus

Note:
>For CCA Primary, Session value will be Term 1 or Term 2.
For CCA secondary and sixth form, Session Value will be “Regular”

5. Click on the View Results button

Note:
Class Teacher can see students that is enrolled under his/her class only

6. Report will be generated showing Student CCA Registration List by class
