Setup/Maintain Disciplinary Action Table

This function allows the users to add or update disciplinary action table.

• Add Disciplinary Action Table
• Update Disciplinary Action Table

Add Disciplinary Action Table

Roles Involved: MOE – HEP Officer

1. Navigate to Main menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Discipline > Disciplinary Action Table

2. Click Add a New Value tab

3. User will be redirect to Add a New Value Page

4. Prompt for Institution Value

5. Enter value for Action

Note:
Value for Action are limit to four character only

6. Click Add button to add the new Offence Type

7. User will be re-direct to Disciplinary Offence Table Page

8. Make changes in Effective Date, Fill In Description and Short Description

9. Click Save button to save the progress

Update Disciplinary Action Table

Roles Involved: MOE – HEP Officer

1. Navigate to Main menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Discipline > Disciplinary Action Table

2. Prompt for Institution Value

3. Enter Action

4. Click Search button to search for the Action table

5. User will be re-direct to the searched Action Table

6. Click on ‘Add’ button to add a new entry

7. Specify a newer effective date to override the old value. The old value will be archived.

8. Make necessary changes if needed

9. Click Save button to save changes made
